This Fan Photo comes from Debbi Lynn, a resident of Colorado passing through New Mexico this summer in her travel trailer.
Although Wile E. Coyote looks like the family dog, she’s a friendly and active coyote that’s been with the park since 2012. She was illegally captured as a pup but turned over to the park at 12 weeks old. At 12 weeks, coyotes can be a handful. They are full of energy and can be quite destructive to furniture and shoes — and well, anything in the house.
Wile E. has had the same trainer since arriving at the park. The trainer visits several times a week to play with her and give her the extra attention she deserves.
Wile E. loves to see people and will jump up on her enclosure and wag her tail at visitors. She can often be found playing in her water tub or tossing around a toy.
